Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) & Meridian Tapping Techniques (MTT)
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a powerful tool that has been demonstrated on TV’s Discovery Program. I use EFT to help my patients overcome negative emotions that are undermining their health. I also use it to reduce or eliminate many forms of pain, stop food cravings that sabotage healthy food choices, and to instigate positive goals to support optimal health…I use EFT with a broad range of patient issues and am consistently astounded by how simple, powerful and effective it is.
Most physical illnesses have an emotional-element to them that may be keeping a patient stuck, or preventing their illness from being completely resolved. The damage to the body’s energy system caused by powerful negative emotions like fear, traumatic memories, phobias, anger and negative beliefs, can insidiously impact health and contribute to physical discomfort and disease. EFT involves a number of techniques, including tapping on specific points along the body’s energy lines (acupuncture meridians) to restore normal energy flow.
The following list is an example of some of the issues that will respond to EFT:
- Fears, anxiety and stress
- Traumatic memories and phobias
- Food cravings, compulsions, addictions, smoking, over-eating etc

Neurotransmitter Testing
